This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all Step Hope courses and services. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
Course enrollments
Enrollment fees are payable in full before the course start date, unless a written payment plan has been arranged with us. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances; in that case, you receive a full refund or credit toward the next cohort — your choice.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment, provided you have attended no more than one live session and have not downloaded more than 10% of course materials. After this window, refunds are not available.
To request a refund, email us with your name, course, and enrollment date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Course access
Once enrolled, you receive access to live sessions, recordings, and course materials for the duration described on the course page. Recordings remain accessible for the period stated at enrollment.
Transfers
You may transfer your enrollment to another cohort at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the current cohort begins. After that, transfers are considered case-by-case.
Enrollments are non-transferable to other people.
No guarantees on outcomes
Trading and investing involve risk. We provide education and mentorship, not financial advice. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome or return, and enrollment in a course should not be treated as a guarantee of profits.
Chargebacks
If you have concerns about your enrollment or a charge, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within a day or two. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate loss of course access.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
